• Once we have received and checked your return shipment, we will refund the full purchase amount, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

• The refund will be made via the same payment method you used when placing your order, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Conditions for returns:

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging, unused and undamaged.

• You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the products, unless otherwise agreed or if the product is defective or damaged.
